Some Other Types
- Hoppets- It’s a metal container of cylindrical shape with shoulders and ear fastenings.
- Doser – Its used for measuring coal, rock and mining mass while loading vertical shaft skips.
- Self- moving pusher of TC type- Pushers TC5, 5, TC 11 are made for forced moving of trolleys while changing in cages on reception points and by the tipping devices, as well as for pushing trolleys to doubling yard at bottom pits.
- Pneumatic forging machine- Multipurpose pneumatic forging machine is deigned to cut a hexahedral steel of drilling rods, make shank collars, align rods & calibrate shanks for drills.
- Loading machines- Pneumatic, wheel-rail loading machines of periodical action of direct load is intended for loading blast rock into transport vehicles in horizontal opening of underground mining of mineral resources.
- Bucket loader underground- It is designed for mechanization of the loading process of rock while making and cleaning water diversion ditches, located along the rails track while cleaning mining workings from embankment in the process of holes driving.
- Piston engine pneumatic- They are designed for drive of movement oil-stations bucket loader.
- Raising mechanism drive- Pneumatic engine which is intended for the bucket lifting of the loading machines.
- Pneumatic cylinders- Are the most often used construction in pneumatic systems :-
- Unilateral pneumocylindricals- the supply of the air in them is done to fulfill working stroke in one direction, used in rejectors, stopping mechanisms, holding construction and others.
- Bidirectional pneumocylindricals—useful work is done by them both in the direct and return piston stroke. They are used in the case when it is needed to give the working stroke at liner movements in both directions.
- Hydraulic cylinders- They are designed for open air and mining operations at temperature ranging from -60C to +45 C, on pure mineral oil operating pressure up to 160 Atm. These cylinders are manufactured both with integrated hydraulic lock and without it.
